e-Your Turn

What is it?

A series of 25 management briefings delivered to the desktop, PC or hand held device. They form a first level management induction programme with each one containing

• practical hints and tips, giving the new manager a solid introduction to the subject
• 5 suggested questions to discuss with their line manager leading to
• the FROG action plan encouraging them to go and do something with what they have learned

The 26th session helps them and their manager rate their management competence.

The accompanying line manager’s guide provides

• an explanation of how the programme works and their own responsibilities
• suggested answers to the questions.

How does it work?
